How to View the Aura

To see a person’s aura, most people need to practice a bit, so here’s an exercise you can do to sharpen your ability to see auras.

Have a person stand 18 inches in front of a plain white background.  Ask them to relax and breathe deeply.

You should be at least 10 feet away and the lights should not be too bright or focused directly on the subject. (Natural lighting is best.)

Look past the head and shoulder area of the person.

Focus on the wall behind the person.

As you stare past the outline of the body, you will notice a fuzzy white to grayish silver envelope surrounding the body.  It almost looks like a light is behind the person, pointing up.

Then most likely it will disappear.

Continue to focus on the background behind the person and the envelope will reappear.

Train your eye to not revert to normal focus.  When you have mastered maintaining your gaze through the person, you will notice colors, shapes, rays and even secondary auric fields will be visible.
