Closing the Aura

This comes from Practical Psychic Self-Defense for Home and Office by Master Choa Kok Sui.  When you cross your arms, the upper aura is being “closed.”  When you cross your legs, the lower aura is “closed.”  This makes the aura compact and smaller or a lot denser.  You do not need to imagine anything or will anything, it comes naturally.  Crossing your arms and your legs will be a helpful technique to protect you from high pressure salespeople.  However, if you are in a meeting with your boss, it would be better to do a half-closing position by simply crossing the legs and putting the hands together on the lap or on the lower abdominal area so you do not appear to be combative.  Instead, you give the impression of being receptive and cooperative even though you have totally closed your lower aura and partially closed the upper aura which allows you to think clearly and accurately.
